在3/8 ~ 9 夜聖喬治（Nuits-Saint-Georges）迎來了第 64 屆夜聖喬治濟貧院慈善拍賣會（Vente des Vins des Hospices de Nuits-Saint-Georges），一同慶祝其深厚的歷史底蘊。這場於著名的梧玖莊園城堡（Château du Clos de Vougeot）舉行的慈善葡萄酒拍賣會，其歷史可追溯至 19 世紀，與勃艮第更為人所熟知的伯恩濟貧院（Hospices de Beaune）拍賣會相呼應。拍賣會的核心宗旨是透過競標珍稀佳釀來資助當地的醫院，充分展現了該產區釀酒文化傳統與社區凝聚力之間的緊密連結。數十年來，這項盛事規模日益壯大，吸引了無數葡萄酒愛好者與業內專業人士齊聚一業，在支持公益的同時，共同頌揚勃艮第的傳統。
這個週末的重頭戲，是在夜聖喬治 covered market 舉辦的第 16 屆夜聖喬治酒莊市集（Salon des Vignerons）。此活動由夜聖喬治及 Premeaux-Prissey 葡萄酒公會（Syndicat Viticole de Nuits-Saint-Georges et Premeaux-Prissey）主辦，現場匯集了 30 至 38 家來自夜聖喬治產區的在地獨立釀酒師，以及少數鄰近區域的酒莊。參訪者在溫馨友善的氛圍中，盡情品嚐了豐富多樣的葡萄酒。如 Faiveley 酒莊和 Henri Gouges 酒莊等聲名顯赫的名莊皆共襄盛舉，與眾多小巧的家族式酒莊並肩展出，完美突顯了該產區卓越釀酒工藝的深度與多樣性。
這裡的葡萄酒真的非常美味，2023 年份更是展現出極具潛力的迷人前景。在這次活動中，我發掘了許多以前從未接觸過的酒莊，讓整個品飲體驗充滿了驚喜與樂趣。明年絕對還要再踏上這趟旅程！
🇫🇷 On the weekend of March 8th and 9th, 2025, Nuits-Saint-Georges celebrated its rich history with the 64th edition of the Vente des Vins des Hospices de Nuits-Saint-Georges. This charity wine auction, held at the renowned Château du Clos de Vougeot, has deep roots dating back to the 19th century and mirrors the more famous Hospices de Beaune auctions in Burgundy. Its primary goal is supporting the local hospital by auctioning exceptional wines, underscoring the strong bond between the region’s viticulture heritage and community spirit. Over the decades, the event has grown significantly, attracting wine enthusiasts and industry professionals who come together to celebrate Burgundy’s traditions while supporting a valuable cause.
The centerpiece of the weekend was the 16th edition of the Salon des Vignerons, named "Les Nuits au Grand Jour," which took place under the covered market in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Organized by the Syndicat Viticole de Nuits-Saint-Georges et Premeaux-Prissey, the event featured between 30 - 38 local winemakers from the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation, alongside a few others from nearby areas. Visitors enjoyed tasting a diverse selection of wines in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Esteemed wineries such as Domaine Faiveley and Domaine Henri Gouges participated alongside numerous smaller, family-owned estates, highlighting the depth and variety of the region’s winemaking excellence.
The wines were absolutely delicious, and the 2023 vintage appears exceptionally promising. I discovered many estates that were new to me, making the experience truly delightful. I will come back next year for sure!
